Michelin-Star Recipient & Restauranteur Suzy Crofton to Join Aparium Hotel Group

Aparium Hotel Group today announced the appointment of Suzy Crofton, a Michelin-starred restaurateur as Executive Culinary Director for the brand’s current and future portfolio of hotels. She will be responsible for the culinary overview of all properties owned, developed and managed by the newly formed hotel group.

Crofton will join hospitality veterans Kevin Robinson and Mario Tricoci as they continue to bring the Aparium coined mantra of “Translocal Hospitality” into its food and beverage operations nationwide.
