Groups must be booked with a mutually signed contract by December 31, 2020 and consumed by December 31, 2021. Promotion and perks menu are subject to availability, based upon published prices and do not apply to conventions/citywide, groups already contracted at a specific Aparium hotel and/or in conjunction with another promotional offer or discount.
The earned percentage discount off the master bill will be applied to the final master bill and based upon eligible revenue. Eligible revenue is defined as consumed group guest rooms and catered banquet food & beverage in hotel meeting room(s) and is exclusive of all taxes, service charges, rebates, discounted guestrooms and earned commissions. In order to receive the earned percentage off the master bill, the group must meet or exceed the contracted total revenue commitment. Should final qualifying spend not meet the contracted or group promotion requirements, the percentage off the master bill will be evaluated with the final offer being less than originally contracted and at the sole discretion of the hotel. All other contracted group and meeting spend will not qualify for the percentage off the master bill. Guestroom and Food & Beverage minimums may apply, and any discounts negotiated, such as audiovisual or meeting room rental will be based upon published list pricing.
The applied percentage off the master bill is based on net guest room revenue at the contracted group rate or higher and is less taxes and earned commissions.
Special concessions negotiated through preferred hotel contracts and/or master sales agreements will be at the discretion of the individual hotel. The $50.00 credit will be earned for each room paying the hotel’s published rate and applies to the entire stay, not on a per night basis. Offer is not valid for confirmed reservations made prior to or outside of the outlined promotional offer dates. Earned credit cannot be used during initial stay but may be used towards a future stay and/or on-premise food & beverage at an Aparium hotel. Two is Better than One in 2021
Offer must be booked by January 31, 2021 and consumed by August 31, 2021. Complimentary second room will be redeemed for an entry level king or two queen guest room, based on availability, and only valid when combined with original paid reservation for the same stay. Complimentary room cannot be redeemed for a future stay that differs from the original stay dates. Cancellation of original paid reservation will result in cancelation of complimentary room. The complimentary second room will be earned for each room booked under the “Two Is Better Than One in 2021” offer. Complimentary second guest room will have a 4-night maximum length of stay. No modifications are allowed. If your plans change please cancel your reservation and re-book by January 31st. All new bookings are subject to availability.
